Olivia is a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting those in their journey to achieving mental and emotional wellbeing. Olivia understands that creating a genuine and collaborative relationship with her clients is crucial to creating a positive change.
Olivia has experience working with individuals of all ages from diverse cultural backgrounds and faiths. Olivia has worked in various settings, including private practice, schools and rehabilitation centres. Olivia enjoys working people across the lifespan from children (age 6+), to adolescents, and adults. She is particularly interested helping people with adjustment and transitional distress, substance use difficulties, relationship issues, stress, depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma and personality difficulties. Olivia utilises evidence-based psychological interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural and Person-Centred Therapy to guide treatment for her client's unique needs. Olivia also relies on other therapeutic approaches of interpersonal and solution-focused therapy.
