Kate Dempsey
Kate is a registered psychologist who loves connecting with people to support their journey towards improved wellbeing. Kate establishes strong therapeutic relationships and emphasises the importance of a collaborative approach to assist her clients in achieving their goals. Kate ensures each assessment and treatment is tailored to client’s individual needs and utilises the strengths that each person brings with them to the therapy space.
Kate has a wealth of experience in community mental health settings, working amongst some of societies most complex and diverse populations. Throughout this time, Kate has worked across the lifespan, delivering therapy to children 10+ to older adults. Kate has worked with a broad range of clinical presentations including mood, anxiety, stress, obsess-compulsive, substance-related and neurodevelopmental disorders.
